this cartridge valve is furnished in (standard) aluminum housing with 1/4 npt connections to ports 1 and 2; pilot connection 1/8 npt. housing has 2 mounting holes of 3/4-16 unf. if pilot pressures falls below minimum pressure valve acts as a relief valve. determine minimum pressure by multiplying maximum possible system pressure by 11, then devide total by 26. when pilot pressure falls below this number valve will function as a pilot operated relief valve. 26:1 pilot ratio
